The objective of this final project report was to find and the influance of motivation on the productivity employees at PT Intech Anugrah Indonesia. The methods for collecting data were questionnaires. The sampling method used was purposive sampling technique involving 65 employees respondents at PT Intech Anugrah Indonesia. The data analysis used the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The calculation of regression shows that Y = 2,577 + 0,295 X1 + 0,347 X2. It means that the result of regression gave a positive influance on the productivity employees. Coefficient of determination was 0,248. It means that 24,8% employees productivity was influanced by intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. While the rest 75,2% is influanced by other factors.
