Analisis pengaruh pemberian kompensasi finansial dan non finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pt Semarang intermedia pers (Jawa Pos Radar Semarang)



This research is to identify the influence of financial compensation and nonfinancial compensation on employee’s job satisfaction at PT Semarang Intermedia Pers (Jawa Pos Radar Semarang). The methods of data collection were interview, literature study, and questionnaire completion. The samples of this research were 40 respondents and the analytical methods used were the validity test, reliability test, analysis of description respondent, multiple linear regression method, T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. Multiple linear regression coefficient was used to analyze the data. The data showed that the calculation of regression coefficient was Y = 0,530 X1 + 0,369 X2. It meant that there was positive influence on employee’s job satisfaction. Regression analysis the effect of financial compensation was higher than the non-financial compensation on employee’s job satisfaction. From f test, it was found that independent variables simultaneously influenced the employee’s job satisfaction significantly, with coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square of 0,575. This means that 57,5% of employee’s job satisfaction could be explained by variables of financial compensation and non-financial compensation, while the remaining 42,5% was influenced by other variables which were not observed
