KOPKARNO is a cooperative within PT Sinar Sosro KPB Ungaran. It Was founded on 13 February 1992, this cooperative serves savings and loan special sosro employee’s, selling the products of sosro and daily needs in retail.The purpose of this research analyses the financial performance level of KOPKARNO in 2016 using 8 types of financial ratio in The Regulation of State Ministry of Cooperative and Small/Medium Enterprises (SMEs) No.6/Per/MKUKM/V/2006, those are current ratio, total debt to total asset, total debt to equity, return on equity, return on asset, net profit margin, receivable turnover, and asset turnover. Method of collecting data are observation, interview, and literature of study. This research method are quantitative descriptive. The data in this research uses secondary data of cooperationof finance report in 2016 of KOPKARNO.Theresult of this assessment shows that 1) liquidity ratio use current ratio’s percentage is in “Bad” predicate. 2) Solvency ratio use total debt to total assets percentage is in “Fairly Good” predicate and total debt to equity percentage is in “Fairly Good” predicate. 3) Profitability ratio use return on equity percentage was in “Poor” predicate. Return on assets percentage is in “Fairly Good” predicate. Net Profit Margin percentage is in “Excellent” predicate. 4) Activity ratio use receivable turnover percentage is in “Bad” predicate and asset turnover percentage is in “Bad” predicate.
