It is a project report on TALKSHOW, POSTER CONTEST AND SHORT STORY WRITING CONTEST with the theme “BE CREATIVE, PASSIONATE AND PROUD OF EDUCATION in State Polytechnic of Semarang on Sunday, 14 th May 2017 organized by Ayu Vira Prabatiwi, Dinar Resti Damayanti and Zakiyyatul Ula. The purpose of this final project is to inform the Talkshow participants how to educate their children, facilitating children to be able to improve creativity of printed design through Poster Competition, remind the student to prioritize education, and sharpen the skills and creativity of the participants in short story writing competition. This project uses five methods such as product strategy, pricing strategy, distribution strategy, promotion strategy and fundraising strategy. Product strategy consists of pre-production stage until post production stage consist of determining title, concept and themes, determining place and time. Pricing strategy used in this activity is going rate-pricing by using the same price, higher or lower than similar activity ever. In the talkshow activity is free, registration fee poster competition Rp 35.000,- and short story writing competition Rp 15.000,-. Distribution strategy used intensive distribution that places the product on many channels by appointing a special team to distribute the registration to the target, through counseling teacher for junior high or high school students. Promotion strategy used is push and pull strategy by doing promotion activity like publication, word of mouth, advertising and personal selling. Fundraising strategy derived from registration fees for participants, sponsorships and donors. This project is supported by several companies including PT ASABA – ZEBRA , Mira Snack, Asmaan Tour And Travel, BMT Polidana, Turiman Acc , Annida, Bimbingan Belajar Ganesha Operation , Indprinting , GOMIX Production. The committee in this activity are 19 people including the chairman, secretary and treasurer. The talkshow was attended by 76 participants, poster competition 35 contestants, short story writing competition 22 contestants, 2 talkshow speakers, 2 jury for each competition, 1 moderator and 1 host. The profit of this activity is Rp 2.851.880,-
