Pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan cv Laksana karoseri Ungaran



The purpose of this research is to determine: (1) the influence of workload on employees’ job satisfaction at CV Laksana Karoseri Ungaran, (2) the influence of work environment on employees’ job satisfaction at CV Laksana Karoseri Ungaran,(3) the influence of workload and work environment on employees’ job satisfaction at CV Laksana Karoseri Ungaran. This research using quantitative approach. The population of this research is 281 and 75 as a sample was taken from this population. Data are collected by a questionnaire, interview, observation, and analyzed using multiple regression analyst. The result shows that: (1) workload has a positive effect on the employees’ job satisfaction, shown from the results of regression (β) 0,302.(2) work environment has a positive effect on employees’ job satisfaction. It is shown from the results of regression (β) 0,504. (3) workload and work environment has an effect on employees’ job satisfaction. Contributions effect of work motivation and workload on employees’ job satisfaction is (ΔR2) 0,531
