The primary purpose of this final project was to find out how equipment of work facilities were designed to employees. Data collection method used were interview, observation, and literature review. The method of collecting data was quantitative descriptive which used quantitative data in the form of percentages. Main types of data which are used here were secondary data to collect data to support the final project. It was concluded that 87% employees had been working in accordance ergonomic and 13 % had not implemented the ergonomic method yet. It was recommended that, the design of seating can be done using ergonomic method by improving the facilities and giving a filter on monitor screen to avoid accidents to maintain health of the employees.
