The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of perceived organizational support and achievement motivation toward employee performance. There are 83 respondents participated in this research, it was chosen using incidental sampling. Research instrument has been tested using validity test and reliability test. The methods of data collection are observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentation study. The analysis methods used in this research are classic assumption test (which includes normality test, heterocedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and linearity test), t test, F test, and coefficient determination (R 2 ). Based on partial test, the result proved that the independent variables (perceived organizational support and achievement motivation) significantly influenced on employee performance with t count value of 4.508 and 5.059 that is higher than and t table that is 1.99006 with sig value of 0.00. The result of F test shows that perceived organizational support and achievement motivation simultaneously has significant influence toward employee performance in Spinning Division at PT. Apac Inti Corpora with F count that is higher than F table (33.520 > 3.11) and the significance value is 0.000 which is lower than 0.05. The result of multiple linear regression is: Y = 1.426 + 0.245 X 1 + 0.343 X 2 The test result shows that perceived organizational support and achievement motivation has a positive influence toward employee performance. The coefficient determination value (Adjusted R 2 value) of the model is 0.442 (44.2%). It means that the contribution of perceived organizational support and achievement motivation toward employee performance is 44.2 % and the rest 55.8% is affected by other variables that are not observed in this research.
