Work productivity of export import staff is affected by many factors. This research aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Commitment, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction On Work Productivity Of Export Import Employee At PT Apparel One Indonesia. The technique of analysis used is multiple linear regression. The population and sample is the entire of export import employee at PT Apparel One Indonesia that is 40 people. Data collection method used are questionnaires/questionnaire, participant observation and literature review. The results of F-test, shows that F sig. value about (0.000) < significance level (α = 0.05). It means that Organizational Commitment, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction has significant affect on Work Productivity Of Export Import Employee At PT Apparel One Indonesia. Based on the result of t- test, organizational commitment has significant positive effect on Work Productivity Of Export Import Employee At PT Apparel One Indonesia with sig. value about 0.038 < α = 0.05 sig. Work Environment has significant positive effect on Work Productivity Of Export Import Employee At PT Apparel One Indonesia with sig. value about 0.007 < α = 0.05 sig . And Job satisfaction also has significant positive effect on Work Productivity Of Export Import Employee At PT Apparel One Indonesia with sig. value about 0.001 < α = 0.05 sig. While the Determination Coefficient (Adjusted R 2 ) = 0.583 or 58.3%, which means that the Productivity Of Export Import Employee At PT Apparel One Indonesia is 58,3% which is explained by Organizational Commitment, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction. The rest of 42.7% affected by any other factors outside the model.
