PT BTN Syariah Semarang is a sharia unit of PT BTN (Persero) which runs business with sharia principles. PT BTN Syariah is very concerned the welfare and employees morale, one of them with the provision of compensation to employees. This study aims to explain the influence of financial compensation (X1) and nonfinancial compensation (X2) on employees morale (Y) (division supporting and business) at PT Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah Cabang Semarang. The sample in this research is 47 employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Syariah Cabang Semarang using saturated sample method. The data were collected by interview, questionnaire, observation and literature review. The analysis method used is T test (partial), F test (simultaneous), multiple linear regression analysis, and analysis of coefficient of determination (R2). From the results t test (partial) showed that financial compensation has no significant effect on employee morale , it can be seen that t count < t table (1,865 < 2,015), While non-financial compensation has a significant effect on employee morale,with t count > t table (2,691 > 2,015). The results F test (ANOVA) it can be seen that that F count > F table (26,515 > 3,21) it means financial compensation and nonfinancial compensation simultaneously positive and significant effect on omployees morale. The results of multiple linear regression analysis are Y = 0,787+ 0,281X1 + 0,480X2. If financial compensation (X1) and nonfinancial compensation (X2) increased, employeew morale (Y) would increase too. The result of determination coefficient shows that all independent variables give the contribution about 52,6% to employees morale.
