The purpose of this final project are: to find out the policy of safety and health working, preparation of safety and health, and implementation of safety and health at PT Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran. The data used in this final project is primary and secondary data. The methods used to obtain in this data preparation in this final project are observation, interview, and literature review. The analyst method in this final project is descriptive qualitative. PT Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran running policy of safety and health as social assurance, prevention of fire, personal protective equipment, and ergonomy. Preparation of safety and health as esthablisment of P2K3, safety and health specialist trainning, and fire rescue trainning. PT Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran has implemented the system of safety and health. The obstacles of implementation of safety and health at PT Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran are the employees awareness of using personal protective equipment and prohibitive sign is low, personal protective equipment supplies are less, the number of evacuation route signs and fire alarm are less, and work hour shift system is exhausting for empolyees. PT Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran should give sanction to employees for using personal protective equipment in factory, give more prohibitive signs, supply more personal protective equipments for employee, set more fire alarm and evacuation route signs, and rearrange work hour shift system
