The general purpose of this Final Project is Organizing a social charity event, with a theme “Gapai Dunia dengan Membaca”. This project deals with Meeting, Incentive, conference, and Exibition (MICE). The stages of production activities, Pre-production stage, production stages and post production stage. The specific purposes of this project are to establish a reading park, to conduct training on reading park, and to organize a talk on the importance of reading. This Event was held to provide reading facilities for children in Dusun Gunungsari which was located away from the city center in order to access new knowledge through books from the reading park. Pre-production stage consists of determining concept, themes, titles, determining place and time, establishment of committee, planning costing and preparation of event needed. The production stage consist of establish a reading park, conduct training on organizing reading park, and organize a talk about the importance of reading. Post-production stages consists of financial report, non financial evaluation, and thank you letters to sponsors. Social charity event is supported by several companies including CV Aneka Ilmu, BMT Polidana, Penerbit Yudhistira, Annida Stationery, Indoprinting, Dosen Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis, Snack Cantik, and KPRI Polines. The event talk on the importance of reading was attended by 26 participants from Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) and teenagers Dusun Gunungsari. The training on organizing a reading park was attended by 15 participant who are teeneagers. The remaining founds of this activity is Rp 789.710,00. The committee in this event is 13 people including the chairman, secretary and treasurer. The promotion strategy used in this event is publicity and advertising. The price strategy applied is the price penetration for Organize counseling about the importance of reading, and conduct training on organizing reading park.
