The purpose of this final project is to open a culinary business espescially on selling refreshing made of banana and chocolate. This business modifies the existing business by adding a variety of chocolate flavors. Not only modifying theproduct, this business also has another innovation that is Bola Pisang Crispy and has a consignment product that is Kokua Chips. This final project was to evaluate the business performance from some aspects such as marketing, production and operation from the points of view of human resources, and finance. The Business of “Banana „n Chocolate Holic” was located on Jalan Timoho Raya No.281 Tembalang, Semarang, Central Java. The activities previously done in this business involved carrying out survey and determining location, purchasing materials, tools and materials for product-preparation, implementating the promotion and marketing as well as the preparation for the reports. It can be concluded from the marketing aspect that it is necessary to make some improvement in the strategies, especially on promotion, and human resources aspects. For the financial aspect, it was found out that some financial ratios based on the data collected during 3 months from 1 May until 13 July 2017 gives the profit of Rp. 1.921.160.
