Pengaruh beban kerja dan organization justice terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Wijaya Karya Beton wilayah penjualan IV Semarang



This study aims to determine the influence of workload and organizational justice on employee performance at PT Wijaya Karya Beton Sales Area IV Semarang. The methods of data collection in this study are questionnaires, interviews and study of literature. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling technique. This study took 30 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this research were validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. Results of data processing in this study were done by using SPSS version 22. Results of multiple linear regression analysis shows regression equation Y = 37.608 + -0.606X1 + 0.567X2 + e. Coefficient of determination in this research was equal to 0,630, which means that workload variable and organizational justice influences employee performance variable by 63% while the rest was influenced by other variables not examined and does not fall under the purview this research. The results of this study explain that the workload and the organizational justice have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study also shows that the workload had a significant negative effect on employee performance while organizational justice has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Organizational justice variable was the dominant variable affecting employee performance.
