Analisis pengaruh store design, store atmosphere, pricing dan merchandise assortment terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang konsumen pada alfamart Plamongan Indah I Semarang



The problem that has been occurring in Alfamart Plamongan Indah I Semarang is the fluctuating number of consumers who make a purchase transactions. Such phenomena can certainly reduce earnings turnover in Alfamart Plamongan Indah I Semarang. The purposes of this final assignment were to identify the influence of store design, store atmosphere, pricing and merchandise assortment towards consumers’ repurchase decision at Alfamart Plamongan Indah I Semarang. The used methods for data collection in this research were interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. The questionnaires used a 10 point scale simantic defferensial and method used for sample collecting was purposive sampling, and there were 100 respondents. The quantitative analysis used in this research include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, and Test of Goodness of Fit which includes analysis coefficient of determination (R2), F test and t test. Based on the calculations using SPSS version 17, the results of this research indicated that all variables had a positive and significant influence on consumers’ repurchase decision, with the regression formula Y= 0,195X1 + 0,159X2 + 0,442X3 + 0,202X4 + e. Whereas the most influence variable was pricing with the highest value of regression coefficient which conduced a value of 0,442. According to the F test result of 45,438 which was bigger than F table was 2,47. Then for t test result could be seen that t test value of all independent variables was bigger than t table and had a significance less than limit level significance of 0,05. Coefficient determination was 0,642 giving the idea that 64,2% of consumers’ repurchase decision could be explained by store design, store atmosphere, pricing and merchandise assortment. Meanwhile, other part of 35,8% of consumers repurchase decision was influenced by other variables, which were not included in this research.
