Pengaruh Faktor-Faktor Store Attributes Terhadap Impulsive Buying Pada Alfamart Kecamatan Tembalang Semarang



At this time, there has been a change in human behavior which people who has planned purchase becomes unplanned purchase. However, people make purchases not only look at the goods needed, but also the store attributes offered. Alfamart designed with various efforts to encourage customers to make impulsive buying, one of them is through store attributes. But based on the observation of researcher that Alfamart in Tembalang subdistrict has average purchase customer which is still below target of company. This indicated that impulsive buying at Alfamart Tembalang subdistrict is low. This research conducted to analyze the influence of store attributes factors on impulsive buying at Alfamart subdistrict Tembalang, Semarang. The independent variables of this research were facilities, employee service, after sales service, merchandise and the dependent variable was impulsive buying. The method of analysis in this research used multiple regression test, t-test, F-test and the coefficient of determination. The result of the regression analysis show that at the regression equation Y = 6,818 + 0,141 + 0,326 + 0,233 + 0,175 , which meant employee service ( ) have strong dominant influence on impulsive buying. The result of t-test and F-test explain that these four variables partially and simultaneously has positive and significant influence on impulsive buying. The coefficient of determination was 0,224, indicating that facilities, employee service, after sales service, merchandise had the influence as big as 22,4% on impulsive buying and the rest was influenced by other factors which were not examined in this research.
