The purpose of this Final Project to invite and introduce all general public aspecially Semarang. The project was held with the aim of providing a difable space of expression in order to be confident of its ability in public. For the community this activity can give a form of appreciation to the difable. This project deals with MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conferrence, and Exhibition) focus in Meeting and Exhibition. Stages of production activities consist of: preproduction stage, production stages and post-production stages. Pre-production stage consists of determining concepts, themes and titles. Determination of place and time, establishment of committee, planning costing, taking care of licensing, and preparation of event needed. Production stage consists of implementation activities such as: Motivation Talkshow, Difable Performance, Color Competition Elementary Grade 1, and Exhibition Difable. Post-production stages consist of financial reports and non-financial evaluations. The price strategy applied is the price penetration strategy on the registration of the Color Competition Elementary Grade 1. Talkshow, Performance Difable, and Exhibition aren‟t to entry fees or other fees. Promotion strategies used include Advertising, publicity, and personal selling. The Difable Fest project is supported by several companies including Pertamina, Angkasa Pura I, Steadler, BBI, Gulo Kacang Tour, Jitrive, BMT Polidana, Marimas, Mustika Ratu, Banana Creation, Pandavas and Mustofa Art. There are media Partnert event such as Event Apaja, Homesick, Event Terkini, Berita Kampus, Event kampus.com, Event Semarang, and TVRI Jateng. The project was attended by 252 Difable Fest Participants consisting of Talk Show Participants, invited guests, lecturers and exhibition visitors. The event was attended by 3 Speakers, 1 Moderator, 2 Competition Juries and 1 guest. There are 20 event committees and 11 volunteers including the chairman, secretary and treasurer. The remaining fund of activity is Rp. 3,319,100 and donated Rp 1.736.000.
