Analisis pengaruh corporate social responsibility Alfamart terhadap brand image Alfamart area Semarang Utara
This study is about how the influence of the Alfamart Corporate Social Responsibility to brand image of northen Semarang area. This purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Alfamart corporate social responsibility at Alfamart brand image of northen Semarang area. Methods of collecting data are questionnaire, observation and literature. The primary and secondary data were collected by distribution questionnaire to 70 respondents of Alfamart 's customers in Northern Semarang area using a technique of convenience sampling. The quantitative analyssis include validity test and reliability test, analysis of the coefficient of determination and analysis of the dominant variable. Data that have passed the validity test and reliability test then processed using SPSS 16. 0. Hypothesis using t test and F test shows that the one independent variable (X) give significant influence on the dependent variable. Adjusted R 0.389 mean that Alfamart Corporate Social Responsibility are variation that influence the Alfamart brand image Semarang area north for 38.9% while the remaining 61.1% are influence by other factors that are not studied in this Final Project. It can be concluded that Alfamart Corporate Social Responsibility are influenced on Alfamart Brand Image of northern Semarang area.
