Human resources is a vital part for the continuity of and the success of an organization. The provision of appreciation in the form of position promotion to an employee belongs important company programs in developing and motivating employees. The method of simple analysis regression simple is used to know how big the influence of position promotion is to employess working motivation based on the data obtained by from distributing the questionnaire to 26 respondents. Of the calculation on simple regression analysis obtained equation y = 1.428 + 0.651 x is obtained , namely y are dependent variable ( motivation work ) and x is the independent variable (requirements position promotion ) where constant a marked positive and constant b marked positive which means when requirements position promotion increase would be followed by the increasing motivation work employees. In Correlation analysis shows R = 0.730 namely the relationship between requirements position promotion with the motivation employment is positive strong. On the Coefficients Determination influence requirements position promotion influential of 53,3 % of motivation work employees and the rest 46,7 % influenced by other variables. And on the testing of hypotheses by using table distribution t obtained value 2.604 > 2.064 that were rejected and accepted , which means the influence between requirements position promotion of motivation work employees PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) branch central java. The conclusion that influence of position promotion on employess working motivation in PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch of Central Java is significant.
