In supporting the activities of Supply Chain procurement activities undertaken by Perum Bulog begins with pragnosa ortotal of years of annual procurement. This pragnosa is designed and manufactured by Bulog Centre and then at the breakdown to the regional division of each province, for the next will be targeted to each Sub Division to under it. In 2014 decreased drastically, in amount-45,80%. This decrease is very volatile, it is a condition that is not expected by Perum BULOG. Because if the total of partners decreased, then Perum Bulog would be difficult to get a supply of rice/paddy will be distributed to the poor society. From the above problems this descriptive study describe about the “Supply Chain At Perum BULOG Sub Divre Semarang”. The purpose of this descritive study is to know the provisions of selection, evaluation, and classification of Suppliers, to know the place and time of delivery, and to know the fixing price by Perum BULOG Sub Divisi Regional Semarang in the Supply Chain. From the result of this descriptive study it could be concluded that the provisions of selection for Partners Procurement Perum BULOG Sub Divisi Regional Semarang must comply the requirements from the administrative and technical requirements, for the provisions of evaluating the performance partners procurement for a period of 1 year and validation of administrative and technical requirements of each Partner Procurement level Divre Operational/Subdivre/Kansilog, for the requirements of clasification for Partners Procurement Perum Bulog Sub Dvisi Regional Semarang are divided into three classes there are Class A, Class B, Class C, for the provisions of the implementation of place and time by Perum BULOG Sub Divisi Regional Semarang contained in the Sale and Purchase Rice Agreement contained in article 3, and for the fixing price by Perum BULOG Sub Divisi Regional Semarang through of INPRES number 5 Year of 2015 by the Government Purchase Price (HPP) with the price 7,300 rupiahs/Kg.
