Pengaruh harga dan after sales service terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada PT. Karya Zirang Utama Semarang



Customers are most important asset in determining the development of the company, because the customer is not only as a buyer but also as a partner of a company. Therefore, the company must perform a variety of ways to attract new costumer and retain existing customers so that the company can continue to grow continuously. The purpose of this final report is to know the influence of price and after sales service on customer loyalty at PT Karya Zirang Utama Semarang. Methods of data collection used in the research are observation, interview and questionnaires. The questionnaires used a semantic differential with 10 point scale. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. Regression analysis is used to determine the influence of price and after sales service to customer loyalty. Data are processed using Ms Excel and SPSS 23.00. It is obtained that the regression coefficients is Y = 24,251 + 0,271X1 + 0,240X2 It means that the price and after sales service positively influence on customer loyalty, and the influence of after sales service on customer loyalty is greater than the price. The coefficient of determination is 0,347. It means that the customer loyalty of 34,7% is influence by price and after sales service. While the rest of 65,3% is influence by other factors
