The purpose of this final project is to create a business cafe that sells a variety of chocolate-based drinks menu, such as dark chocolate, chocolate soft, cheese chocolate, chocolate chip and others. The prices offered are relatively affordable when compared to the competitors. This final project was to evaluate the business performance from some aspects such as marketing, production and operation, human resources, and finance. Business “Cokelat Cangkir” is located on Jl.Kelinci Raya no.114 Gayamsari, Semarang, Central Java. Activities in this business involve survey and determining location, purchase of materials, tools and materials preparation for product, implementation of the promotion and marketing as well as the preparation for the reports. It can be concluded from the marketing aspect that it is necessary to make some improvement in some strategies used, especially on promotion, and human resources aspects. For the financial aspect, it was found out that some financial ratios based on the data – data for 2 months from Mei 2016 until June 2016 with the profit of. Rp 2.734.730,00.
