The purposes of this final project is, to analyze the influence of climate organization toward the employees’ work motivation at PT Trans Marga Jateng. This study is the analysis methods. The data are collected by observation, questionnaires and literature studies. The type of data used are qualitative, quantitative, primary and secondary data. Techniques of data collection uses the questionnaires The number of respondents in this study are 63 people from a population of 170 people, taken by ProportionateStratified Random Samplingthat is distributed evenly per unit. Technique of analyzing data used for hypothesis testing is a Simple linear regression.The results shows: (1) The regression coefficient of 0.936 and is positive. It is claimed that the positive influence between climate organization with work motivation. (2) The correlation coefficient of 0.881, which means that the relationship between climate organization on work motivation have a high degree of correlation or strong. (3) The coefficient of determination equal to 0.773, or 77.3%. This means that the work motivation is influenced by climate organization in the amount of 77.3%, while 22,7% was explained by other variables which were not explored in this research.Based on the conclusion of the study suggested: (1) PT Trans Marga Jateng is expected to increase work motivation by improving the climate of the organization so that employees have to really feel comfortable, motivated and have high discipline in work. (2) Company PT Trans Marga Jateng needs to increase the comfort of the working environment, improve relations between colleagues and superiors in order to be better and rewards according to performance so that employees are motivated to work better.
