The purposes of the research were to describe about target performance strategy of tenant rented Alfamart in the region Ngaliyan Semarang . This Final Project Report uses description method and the data collected by interview, observation and library studies. Data that were used for this research were primary data and secondary data. Primary data of this research were interviewed and observation by employee’s PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. The secondary data used company data and library studies. The results of the research is there are four uses Alfamart method to get the target. The method is adequate facilties, strategic location of tenant rented, cheaper price from competitor.
