The purpose of this research is to analyze effect of working environment and occupational health and safety work to employees satisfaction of PT Purinusa Eka Persada. There were 85 research datas. Incidental sampling technique was used in this research. The research instrument used to collect the data were questionnaries, interview and documentation method. The statistical analysis used is multiple linear regression method, test validity, test reliability, f test and t test. The results of linear regression equation is Y= 13, 745 + 0,135 X1 + 0,118 X2. The result of this research showed that the variable working environment (X1) has significant positive effect to employees satisfaction (Y) of PT Purinusa Eka Persada Branch Bawen Semarang, and variable and occupational health and safety work (X2) has significant positive effect to employees satisfaction (Y) of PT Purinusa Eka Persada Branch Bawen Semarang.
