In secretarial unit at PT Phapros, Tbk Semarang, the problem management of dinamic archive system is managed by manually. The purpose of this final project are to design and apply digital computerize of dinamic archive system to help management archive in secretarial unit at PT Phapros, Tbk Semarang to recover the archive records more quickly and easily. The system development of dinamic archives system used a methode system development life cycle – SDLC or system life cycle – SLC. The benefit with designed and created this program to be implemented as a sytem of dinamic archives will make the arcivist easier in managing the dinamic archives of incoming mail, outgoing mail, incoming faximile and director’s mail. The dinamic archives computerize system is designed by using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0, because Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0 has local data storage and easy to use. The archival recap based electronic simplify in reporting and searching of archives. And recommended for user to training before use this program.
