Like other companies, cooperatives also have the purpose to get profits. Also with cooperatives in Semarang Timur, in carrying out their business they must manage their working capital to be used efficiently, so that the continuity of the company could be maintained. Efficiency of the use working capital can be known by the ratio of economic remunerativeness, which is the ability to get profits or SHU with a capital or assets owned. The working capitals discussed in this research are cash and accounts receivable. The purposes of this research are to find out the correlation between cash turnover and economic remunerativeness; to find out the correlation between account receivable turnover and economic remunerativeness; to find out the correlation between cash turnover and account receivable turnover with economic remunerativeness cooperatives in Semarang Timur. After doing a literature review and preparation of hypothesis, data were collected through financial report from 19 sample cooperatives in Semarang Timur. The research used simple random sampling. Data analysis was done by correlation Pearson analysis and multiple correlation analysis. Based on the results of correlation Pearson analysis, there was no correlation between cash turnover and economic remunerativeness. Result of correlation Pearson analysis shows there is a significant positive correlation between accounts receivable turnovers and economic remunerativeness. While the results of multiple correlation analysis, shows a significant positive correlation between cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover with economic remunerativeness
