Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi non financial terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Witel Semarang



The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of leadership style on employee morale, to analyze the effect of non financial compensation employee morale, and to analyze the influence of leadership style and compensation for non-financial on employee morale PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Semarang. Methods of data collection are questionnaires, interviews, and literature. The methods used to analyze data were multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the validity, reliability testing, multiple linear regression method, t-test, f, the coefficient of determination test. The method of collecting the data processed by IBM SPSS 20.0. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained by the value of the linear regression equation is Y = 0.677+ 0.793 X1 + 0.165 X2. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that there is influence between leadership style and non-financial compensation. From the second variable, the variable of leadership style has a dominant influence on employee morale.
