Evaluasi program pelatihan pengetahuan produk baru sienta pada karyawan divisi aftersales PT Nasmoco Pemuda Semarang



Human Resources (HR) has an important asset in a company. To develop employee competence, PT Nasmoco Pemuda Semarang arranges Product Knowledge Training Program for Aftersales Division employees. The department consists of Sales Advisor, Technician, Sparepart Staff, Head Assistant of Garage, and Head of Garage. In order to achieve appropriate training, it should be evaluated to see wheter the training has done well or not. Therefore, the purposes of this research were to analyze the result of participants reaction about Product Knowledge Training Program. This final project was descriptively analysis written. The method of collecting the data were interview, literature study, and questionnaire. The data used are the primary and secondary, in the form of qualitative and quantitave data. The techniques of analysis used are descriptive. The techniques of analysis used are cross tabulation and simple analysis tabulation. The result of the research shows that the evaluation results in reaction level, the participants give a good assesment to training’s factors such as material, trainer, and training method. PT Nasmoco Pemuda Semarang can use these results as a reference in order to improve the implementation of further product knowledge training program.
