In export-import transactions there are various provisions or restrictions on various types of goods or imported-exported of certain commodities, and special requirements, including the procedures for handling and security. Each country has rules and trading systems. Therefore, it is necessary for those involved in import-export transactions, to follow the update and recent regulation as well as the foreign trade system, applicable both in Indonesia and in other countries. PT Tristar Logistics is a freight forwarding company, which is engaged in the agency in charge of shipping and receiving goods export and import. Transportation services or freight forwarder in its role as an importer, besides taking care of the required documents, also take care of the cost of what is needed in the importation of goods into the customs area.The objective of this final report are firstly to know the procedure for payment of importing duties, related documents to the payment of custom duties, and calculation of custom dutieson imported goods. This research is a description research, which use an interview, observation, and literature study to collect data.Payment of Importing Duty and Importing Tax can be done in the Office of Customs and Excise, Perception Exchange Bank and Post Office Indonesia. PT Tristar Logistic make payments Duty and Import Tax through Perception Exchange Bank and the Office of Customs and Excise. Calculation of import duties for importers PT Sarihusada Generasi Mahardika with skim milk powder types of goods amounted to Rp 1.321.689.000, while for the type of goods whey protein concentrate is Rp 672.349.000. Calculation of import duties for importers PT Delta Merlin Dunia Textile by type of goods polyester textured yarn Rp 141.885.000, while for the type of goods viscose staple fiber Rp 1.571.027.000. Calculation of import duties for importers PT Indah Permana by the type of goods polypropylene Moplen Rp 385.107.000.
