The main motivation for every company or industry is of course the huge increase profits. Social Responsibilities of Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility). Refers to all of the relations between a company and all stakeholders. The content of article 1, paragraph 3 of Law No. 40 of 2007 show that the company has a responsibility not only to the Shareholder and creditors, as long as this happens, but also to the people around that it is directly and indirectly influenced and affected the company's operations. One example of social responsibility towards the community in education is to provide scholarship.This Research at aims describing the implementation of the scholarship successor program corporate social responsibility (CSR) for primary school of PT Nasmoco Karangjati Kabupaten Semarang. Method of collecting data are observation, interviews dan literature review to employees Nasmoco Karangjati as implementing CSR activities and the principal of SDN Bergaslor 1 as coordinate the implementation of CSR scholarships.The results show that in implementation of CSR programs based Charity Philanthropy is a charitable social responsibility activities. Location of the target implementation of CSR programs in SDN Bergas Lor because it is near on PT Nasmoco Karangjati Kabupaten Semarang from the work environment. After purchasing needs of the school, the memorandum given to SDN Bergas Lor 1 as proof monitoring Accountability Report (LPJ) to PT Nasmoco Karangjati Kabupaten Semarang.
