Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (Adira Finance) (ADMF) was established on November 13, 1990 and started commercial operations in 1991. ADMF engaged in financing the largest in Indonesia. The purpose of this final project is to determine the effect of quality core service and quality of service peripheral toward customer satisfaction at pt. adira dinamika multi finance branch 3 semarang. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The samples were 60 respondents. Data collection methods were observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The result showed that the independent variables that influence the dependent variables are quality core service variable (0,275) and quality of service peripheral variable (0,603). The result of this study is that the calculation of regression coefficients obtained Y = 0,493 + 0,275 X1 + 0,603 X2 + e. It means that result of regression quality core service variable and quality of peripheral service variable gives positive influence on customer satisfaction, quality of peripheral service variable is greater than the quality core service variable. F test showed that the simultaneous quality core service and quality of peripheral service significantly affect customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination is 0.822, it means that 82,2% of customer satisfaction can be explained by the quality core service and quality of peripheral service. Meanwhile, another part of the 17,8% of customer satisfaction is influenced by other variables not included in this study
