The aim of this final project is to know the training system of entrepreneurship at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Noodle Division Semarang, the response of employees about their training for entrepreneurship and supporting factors as well as factors inhibiting the implementation of entrepreneurship training. This project is written by using descriptive research method and the data are collected by the observation, the literature and doing interviews with employee from PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Noodle Division Semarang. This research is supported by quantitative data and the data are collected by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents who have attended entrepreneurship training program. From the questionnaires that has already been distributed to 50 respondents can be concluded that at the planning stage the score is 3,61 of 4 scale, it means they strongly agree with the planning stage. Whereas at the activity stage if the score is 3,31 of 4 scale, it means they strongly agree. While that at this stage of the evaluation of 3,48, that means strongly agree. From the above explanation, it can be concluded that the implementation of the entrepreneurial training program at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk Noodle Division Semarang has been going well. It is seen, from employees who feel inspired to become entrepreneurs in order to increase revenue outside the main job.
