The methods in collecting data used were observation, literature studies, and questionnaires. Data that were used for this research were primary data and secondary data. Primary data of this research were questionnaires to 46 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was random sampling. SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) was used to analyze the data using windows version 16.0 The results of research shows the employees feel safe in the workplace but an evacuation route is not available. The majority of employees feel comfortable with the work environment indicator, such as light, color, air, sound, layout and facility. Although all feel comfortable but many respondents feel there was potential danger of the location and work tool. It concluden that The majority of respondents agreed with the statement on the questionnaire, the lowest indicator in variable work environment physical are sound/noise and layout, comfort of work environment are the majority employee feel comfortable in work environment.
