Central Java has many potensial aspect, which can be used to attract the foreign investors. The research’s problem is Central Java has lower investment than other provinces in Java. This research aims to analyze the influence of Export Volume and Credit Interest Rate toward Foreign Direct Investment in Central Java. The data that were used was secondary data during period January 2011 – July 2015, which were analyzed using multiple regression analysis to estimate the influential factors. According to the result from data analysis report, it shows that Export Volume and Credit Interest Rate simultaneously had significant influence toward Foreign Direct Investment in Central Java. Nevertheless, partially only Interest Rate that have significant influence toward Foreign Direct Investment in Central Java. While the Determination Coefficient (Adjusted R2) = 0,407 or 40,7%, it means that the Foreign Direct Investment in Central Javawas 40,7%which was explained by Export Volume and Credit Interest Rate, and the rest of 59,3% were affected by any other factors outside the models. The conclusion is the researcher can develop factors affecting Foreign Direct Investment in Central Java, such as inflation, exchange rate, gross domestic bruto, etc.
