PT Sun Star Motor Banyumanik Semarang is a company engaged in the field of Mitsubishi car dealers which was established in 1974 in Solo. The purpose of this final project is to determine the effect of price and product quality In deciding to buy Mitsubishi Pajero at PT Sun Star Motor Banyumanik Semarang. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling using Slovin formula. The samples were 55 respondents. Data collection methods were observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The result showed that the independent variables that influence the dependent variables are a price variable (0,412) and product quality variable (0,468). The result of this study is that the calculation of regression coefficients obtained Y = 0,420 + 0,412X1 + 0,468X2 + e. It means that result of regression price variable and product quality variable gives positive influence on buying decision, Product quality variable is greater than the price variable. F test showed that the simultaneous price and product quality significantly affect buying decision. The coefficient of determination is 0.650, it means that 65% of buying decision can be explained by the price and product quality. Meanwhile, another part of the 35% of buying decision is influenced by other variables not included in this study. It is concluded that price gives positive influence on buying decision. Product quality variable gives positive influence on buying decision.
