The purpose in writing this final project was to find out the amount of productivity of unloading coal at Port of Tanjung Intan during 2015. The writing technique used in this Final Project was Desriptive technique. The data are collected by conducting interviews and doing observation at PT Pelindo III Branch Tanjung Intan Cilacap. Productivity of unloading was analyzed with formula suggested by Hidayat (2009) and standards for productivity of unloading coal following Director General Of Sea No. UM.002/38/18/DJPL-II Standars of Port Operational Perfomance is 100 T/G/H. Productivity of unloading coal via vessel at Port Of Tanjung Intan Cilacap in 2015 includes: ship output 365,09 T/S/H, gang output netto 181,72 T/G/H and gang output gross 169,161 T/G/H. For Productivity of unloading coal via barge includes: ship output 227,78 T/S/H, gang output netto 254,95 T/G/H and gang output gross 245,9 T/G/H. The berth output: Pier I up to 294,033 Tons/M, Pier II up to 4763,543 Tons/M, Pier III up to 7503,188 Tons/M, Wijayapura up to 2827,795 Tons/M, and Jetty of PLTU up to 3580,558 Tons/M. It was concluded that all productivity of unloading coal at port of Tanjung Intan Cilacap 2015 overall had a high productivity of unloading coal and in accordance with the standard, although there are 6 unloading activities were not in accordance with the standard.
