Persepsi klaimen terhadap pelayanan klaim beasiswa pada PT asuransi Jiwasraya (persero) kantor cabang Semarang Barat



PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Branch Office West Semarang is a company engaged in the field of insurance service. This study aims to determine how perceptions claimant to claims service at PT Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Branch Office West Semarang and know good service so as to provide satisfaction for consumers. This final project using descriptive analysis. Methods of collecting data with questionnaires distributed to 40 respondents using purposive sampling techniques, observation, and literature. Based on the results if the data is viewed from five (5) dimensions of service quality are as follows: From the tangible aspects, respondents stated that satisfied with the comfort with facilities, personnel performance, and fulfilled needs with products offered. From the aspect of reliability, the respondents expressed satisfaction about the good service to claim include accuracy, communication skills, and fast in delivering services to claimant. From the aspect of responsiveness, respondents expressed satisfaction regarding the officer may solving, responding claimant, and may be trusted. From the aspect of assurance, respondents expressed great satisfaction about the officer was able to provide information, services in accordance with the SOP, and trustworthy. And from the aspect of empathy, respondents expressed satisfaction regarding the simplicity of the service, attention to every claimant, and prioritizes the interests claimant.
