Kereta Api Tawang Jaya Rangkaian Panjang (Tawang Jaya Rangkaian Panjang Train) is one of several public transportations that owned by PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (PT. Indonesia Train). This train connects Semarang Poncol Station in Central Java to Pasar Senen Station in DKI Jakarta which is currently being favored by people to travel. Service quality and price are usually the aspects that is considered by passengers in accordance with deciding to buy a ticket of public transportations. Thus, the service quality become important aspects which is needed to be considered by PT. KAI in accordance with deciding a policy in order to make purchases decision of Kereta Api Tawang Jaya Rangkaian Panjang tickets meets with the sold tickets target of the company.This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and price to the purchases decision of KA Tawang Jaya Rangkaian Panjang tickets. The technique thay is used in this research was Purposive Sampling Technique in accordance with choosinh respondents. Data collection methods that were used include observation, interview, literature review, and questionnaire. Multiple Linear Regression Analisys was used in analizing this research; in addition, the result was Y=1.235 + 0.146X1+0. 651X2 which means the service quality (X1) and price (X2) gave positive and significant influence in purchase decision making (Y); furthermore, price variable is the most influential aspect which at 0.651 with the result that company has to taking more seriously on deciding price policy for selling KA Tawang Jaya Rangkaian Panjang tickets.
