Analisis pengaruh kualitas jasa dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT. Karya Zirang Utama Semarang



This study aimed to analyze influence the quality os services and price of customers satisfaction and to analyze the most dominant variable influencing customers satisfaction at PT Karya Zirang Utama Semarang. The sample used in this study involved 65 respondents. As for the sampling method, it was used total sampling. The methods of data analysis used were a quantitative analysis using the test validity, reliability test, test t, F test, the coefficient of determination, and multiple linier regression analysis. The result of multiple linier regression analysis, Y = 2,613 + 0,301 X1 + 0,192 X2. The most influental independent variables on the dependent variable quality of services (0,301). While F test indicated that independents variables, simultaneously the customers satisfaction at PT Karya Zirang Utama Semarang. Coefficient determination was 0,374, it means that 37,4% of customers satisfaction at PT Karya Zirang Utama Semarang could be explained by quality of services and price. Meanwhile, the other parts of 62,6% customers satisfaction on PT Karya Zirang Utama Semarang were influenced vy other variables, which were not included in this research.
