Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan importir pada PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras



This research aims to determine the effect of service quality which consist of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy and assurance toward importers' satisfaction also the dimensions of service quality that most affect the importers' satisfaction. The population of this research were all of importers of PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras in 2015 which were 48 importers. The sample of this research were importers of PT. Samudera Perdana Selaras who were still active and had ever used the services of at least two times which resulted 40 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.
