PT. Inko Java is a manufacture company based on Karangjati, Klepu, Semarang Regency which produce softball and baseball gloves. Its product is mainly distributed to USA. Nevertheless, during 2011 – 2015 the export volume has fluctuation. This research analyzed the effect of product variations, production’s cost, and distribution’s cost toward export volume. The aim of research was to determine the effect of independent variables simultaneously and partially to dependent variable. The data which is used in this research is secondary data and technical analysis used is multiple analysis regression. According to data analysis report, it shows that product variations, production’s cost, and distribution’s cost simultaneously had significant influence toward export volume. Nevertheless, partially only produsction’s cost that has significant influence toward export volume. Product variations has no significant influence because some products shows only a few type of products in regular line category which was attract the USA consumers. In other line, distribution’s cost also has no significant influence because there was long loading process in harbor so the expenditure cost of PT. Inko Java was relatively expensive.
