Sistem rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan pada PT. Yodya Karya (Persero) Wilayah I Semarang



This final project entitled “The System of Employees Recruitment and Selection at PT Yodya Karya (Persero) Region I Semarang”. This study aims to describe the system of recruitment and selection at PT Yodya Karya (Persero) Region I Semarang. This final project is arranged through study literature by reviewing the books that are relevant to the topic, collecting data from the company, and conducting interview with the Human Resources Department staffs. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that the process of recruitment and selection of employees at PT Yodya Karya (Persero) Region I Semarang through external sources. The company applied 4 stages of selection process. The selection start from administration selection, selection written test, selection interview test and selection psychology test. The qualified candidates in each stage of selection tests were required to sign a contract for the job. After that candidates who accepted will be placed based on company’s need. In the implementation of recruitment and selection employees process at PT Yodya Karya (Persero) Region I Semarang there are still obtacles such as difficulty in looking for eligible candidate according to related job.
