PT. Harrison & Gil - Java is one of the biggest manufacturing production furniture in Semarang, which produces qualified export products with a beautiful and luxurious design. Sometimes the delivery of products are late because the completion of production process doesn’t met the schedule. The aim of this study is to determine the production completion date at PT. Harrison & Gil - Java as efficiently as possible so that the costs can be minimized from the original budget by analysis network planning using CPM. This method is expected to be used to control the coordination of various activities in production so the production process not only can be completed in a timely manner but also help the company organizing the planning and control the production completion date and cost efficient. The data collection method in this research is by direct observation at PT. Harrison & Gill – Java by using techniques such as interview, observations, and documentation. This observation took place in June 2016. The initial plan for this production process is 50 days at a cost Rp 57,017,474. Based on the analysis of network planning using CPM, each production process such as Wood Finish can be completed 39 days with a total cost Rp 47,903,959.13 and time efficiency for 11 days or at 22 % and the efficiency cost Rp 7,448,324.17 or at 13.45 %. Metal Finish can be completed for 43 days with a total cost Rp 50,223,694.56 and time efficiency for 7 days or at 14% and the efficiency cost Rp 4,313,151.74 or at 7.9 %. Polychrome can be completed for 48 days with a total cost Rp 55,311,084.7 and time efficiency for 2 days or at 4 % and the efficiency cost Rp 80,705.6 or at 0.14 %.
