EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is exchange data with electronic format between companies. In export, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) can be used to make export declaration. The purpose of this final task is to study of making and rectification Export Declaration by EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). Moreover the purpose is to find out how to process of making and rectification Export Declaration by EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), what are the obstacle in implementation and how the ability of the company in handling this obstacle. The data in this final report is obtained by observation, interview, and review of literature. Make the export declaration began with fill data according to invoice and packing list. After that print export declaration and send to Directorate General of Customs and Excise by EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). Rectification of export declaration occurs due to the fault or change data on the export declaration like the amount of goods, number of container, and carrier name. Rectification of export declaration can be done with the approval of Directorate General of Customs and Excise. The obstacles on the making of export declaration like disorder the internet network and a specialty work. The advice is the company to provide a training to the other staff about EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and improve the quality of the internet connection.
