Niki Velg & Tyre Ungaran is a place that provides services Spooring, Balancing, Tune Up and also sells tires and velg for the purposes of modification or maintenance so that appearance and comfort for the better. Currently, Niki Velg & Tyre Ungaran still uses conventional marketing method that is thought direct selling that has a limited scope. The purpose of this Final Project is to design Web Commerce as a information media that will be able to reach a wider scope and cover all areas in the Indonesian and can be the media to accommodate consumers' complaints. This Final Project uses data collection methods are an interviews and observation. Web Commerce as a marketing media help the company in expanding their market as well as providing better service by giving a media for customers to convey their complaints.
