The purposes of the research were to determine the influence of marketing relationship to customers loyalty and explain the marketing relationship that include financial bonds variable, the social bonds variable and structural bonds variable of loyalty of customer simultaneously, and to analyze the marketing relationship that included financial bonds variable, the social bonds variable and structural bonds variable against customers loyalty partially, as well as to analyze the variables which were more dominant with respect to customers loyalty. The methods in collecting data used were observation, literature studies, and quessionares. Data that were used for this research were primmary data and secondary data. Primary data of this research were quessioners which were distributed to 90 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was cluster sampling and analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis and the testing used SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) for windows version 20.0. The results of data analysis proved that marketing relationship that included financial bonds variable, the social bonds variable and structural bonds variable affect customer loyalty simultaneously. Marketing relationship that included financial bonds variable, the social bonds variable and structural bonds variable affect customer loyalty partially, between marketing relationship that consists of financial benefits, social benefits, and structural ties against dominant influenced customer loyalty was financial bonds with the value of regression coefficient of 0.345 it is concluded that financial bonds more influent to customers loyalty rather than social bonds variables and structural bonds..
