PT Telkom Kandatel Ungaran is a regional office telecommunication operator selling Indihome product sales at the local level. PT Telkom Kandatel Ungaran. Its operational area covers Ungaran, Gunungpati, Pringapus, Bawen, Bandungan, Ambarawa and Sumowono. Basically PT Telkom Kandatel Ungaran is under the regional office telecommunications (Witels) Semarang. The primary purpose of the final project is to indentity the influence of personal selling, and advertising of the purchasing decisions product of Indihome in PT Telkom Kandatel Ungaran. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive. The sample was 93 respondents. Data collection methods were interviews, questionnaires and literature studies then processed using the validity test. Realibility test, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS v. 20.0 The result of this study is that the calculation of regression coefficients obtained Y = 3,686 + 0,253X1 + 0,437X2 + e. It means that result of regression personal selling variable and advertising variable gives positive influence on purchasing decision, advertising variable is greater than the personal selling variable. Then, the result coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R Square) was 0,377 or 37,7% of increasing the purchasing decision was influenced by the personal selling and advertising. Where as the other 63,3% was influenced by another variable which was not observed by the writer.
