This Final Project aims to know new culinary business, how start a new business and learn to develop the business. This business takes food truck concept, because its a new business concept in Semarang an its called RICE TIME. It is located in Menteri Supeno, Semarang. The location is near from the center of the city that it is easy to reach. RICE TIME food truck has 3 main menus, Chicken box, shrimp box and potato box. With an artistic design of box consists of rice in the bottom of the box, salad with mayonaise and the main dish greased by the special sauce above the rice. All of those menu prepared less then 15 minutes. RICE TIME promotes their products via social media and sales promotion. Keep the ads to promote via social media, spread the brochure and give a discount for interact people are the way to develop this business. The result of this business is it is has a good prospect in the future to get profit from culinary business.
