The purpose of this final project report to find out the influence of motivation and discipline on the productivity empoloyees at PT Sampharindo Perdana Semarang. The method for collecting data used areliterature review and questionnnaires which are distributed to 30 employees low manajerial at production and packaging division as respondents. The analysis data used the method of multiple linear regression analysis. Regression analysis is to determine the influence of motivation and discipline. Data were proceed using SPSS 20.0. Result of reggression analysis showed that variables X1 (Motivation) had positive and significant impact towards employee productivity at 0,485. Variables X2 (Discipline) was positive and significant towards employee productivity interest at 0,362. Motivation variable is greater than the Discipline variable. And coefficient of determination is 0,853. It means that 85,3% employees productivity was influence by motivation and discipline. While the rest of 14,7% is influenced by other factors.
