The purpose of this final project is to find out the influence of welfare economical, facilities and service to work motivation at PT United Tractors Tbk Semarang. The methods to collect data are literature studies and questionnaires. Questionnaires were distributed to 25 employess as respondents. Data were processed using SPSS 16. The analysis data used the method of multiple linier regression analysis. The result of multiple linier regression analysis show that coefficient of Y = 10,707 + 0,628EKO - 0,348FAS + 0,429PEL. The determination coefficients analysis indicates R square = 0,685. It means that 68,5% employees’ work motivation was influenced by the welfare, while the rest of 31,5% is influenced by other factors. Significance level of t test is less than 0,05. Analysis of t test shows that the value t count welfare of economical variable is 4,748 with significance level of 0,000 and the welfare of service variable for = 2,594 with significance level of 0,017. It means that the hypothesis in this study rejects Ho and accepts Ha. The welfare facilities variable is 2,514 with significance level of 0,020. It means that hypothesis in this study accepts Ho and rejects Ha. F test from the analysis indicates f count = 18,392 with significance level of 0,000. This shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the discussion, it is concluded that the welfare of economical and service has a positive influence on work motivation and the welfare of facilities is has negative influence on work motivation at PT United Tractors Tbk Semarang.
